State of the Blogosphere II
Just a few days ago, David Sifry of Technorati posted another part of his series State of the Blogosphere. (Here’s the link to Part 1 again.)
David has pretty interesting figures on language & tags:
- English isn’t the number 1 blogging language. (Japanese is. About a third of all posts are in English.)
- After fast growth over the last few years, Chinese blogs seem to have hit a peak around 25% of all posts.
- Tagging still seems to be fun: About half of all posts are tagged one way or the other, adding up to like 100m tags altogether.
Well, tag on!
