On her weblog, Diana Reid explains the basics of how to get your organization ready for marketing, or better: for any kind of public interaction - from a social entrepreneur’s point of view. As I’m working for a non-profit think tank which does a lot of  non-profit projects, I’m quite familiar with the special situation small organizations (like the majority of social entrepreneurs) are in. While Diana’s Essential Marketing Toolkit is quite basic, it’s a really neat overview I highly recommend if you’re in the field.
